Blog
Program Available
The detail program with list of talks, time, locations, map, etc can be found on the program page: http://muacc2019.chem.iupui.edu/program/
or you can download it here: http://muacc2019.chem.iupui.edu/wp-content/uploads/2019/11/MUACC-2019-program.pdf
Important notes:
1) Continuing MUACC’s tradition, powerpoint presentations are strongly discouraged (aka, avoid at all cost); 12-minute “chalk talks” are preferred and much more well-received by the audience.
2) MOLE (IUPUI Chemistry Graduate Student Honor Society) is organizing the poster session and thanks to our generous sponsors, we have awards for the best posters! (Want to volunteer for judging? please email me and I will transmit to the session organizers). In addition to the poster session itself, the posters will stay in display and accessible during the dinner as well.
3) The welcome reception will start Thursday 11/7 at 5 pm in Eskenazi hall (registration will open at 4 pm). Saturday there will not be any presentations, besides the Tour of Newfields with Greg Smith
4) We will have parking passes available for you when you check-in at the registration table (Thursday in Eskenazi Hall, starting 4 pm and Friday in Lecture Hall, starting at 7:30 am). They are only valid for the lots 80, 85, and 86 as indicated in the map, first page of your program.
5) If you are staying at Candlewood Suites, it takes ~8-10 min to drive to our MUACC locations on campus
6) Keep in mind the road closure for your departure on Saturday morning, a map is available here:
I am looking forward to seeing you all next week!
Do not hesitate to contact me if you have questions. Have a nice week end!
